From weather girl to MTV VJ to Revlon model to actress,
Daisy Fuentes is now a household name with viewers around
the world. Born in Havana and fluent in both Spanish
and English, Daisy was raised in Madrid until her parents
emigrated to New Jersey. Her passions include backgammon,
cooking, Pilates and her dog Noodles, among many other
things. To find out more about those "other things,"

The first crossover VJ to appear on both the Spanish
language MTV Latino and the original MTV, Daisy got
her start as a news reporter on a Spanish-language channel
in New York. While at MTV, Fuentes also held a recurring
role one the ABC daytime drama, Loving. Her additional
television credits include appearances on Dream On,
Cybill and The Larry Sanders Show. Daisy has appeared
on multiple covers of the Spanish language version of
Cosmopolitan, Vandidades, and Harper's Bazaar. She has
also had covers for Maxim, Shape, Fitness and Latina.
Like Cindy Crawford, Claudia Schiffer and Halle Berry,
she held a worldwide multi-year contract to represent
Revlon's cosmetic lines. Daisy currently holds endorsements
with Miller Lite, Pantene, M&Ms and American Express.
In addition to hosting America's Funniest Home Videos
for two full seasons, Daisy had a featured role in the
1996 Miramax film, Curdled, starring Stephen Baldwin.
She also has her own exercise video and was featured
in two Landmark calendars, 1996 and 1997. She has hosted
the ALMA awards, New Year's Rockin' Eve, the World Music
Awards and the Miss Teen USA pageant, among other events.
Born on November 17th, this fiery Scorpio is addicted
to TV: both in front of the camera and on the couch.
Daisy is a big fan of cheesy 80's TV shows: Fantasy
Island and Love Boat keep her glued to the tube. But
more than anything, Daisy loves the beach. Making Miami
her second home, Daisy says the sun and her family keeps
the spicy city her number one destination.
With a passion for compassion, Daisy gives her time
and energy to numerous charities, most notably St. Jude
Children's Hospital in New York.
