At 18 years of age Amber had many film and television credits under her belt. On television she appeared in the "Jack Reed" movies alongside Brian Dennehy. Her motion picture debut was in Steven Soderbergh's "King of the Hill", where she played a shy epileptic neighbour. She also landed a part in "The Crush, this time playing Cheyenne. Amber has also worked with Harvey Keitel in "Imaginary Crimes", and appeared in "S.F.W."

Amber started her acting in community theatre productions, while studying voice, acting and dance. At 6 years of age she was a dancer in the Alabama Ballet Company's productions of the Nutcracker Suite. After this she got involved with the Birmingham Children's Theater. She lives with her mother and sister in Los Angeles and owns a dalmation called Penny and a cat called Benneton. Her father is a Psychiatrist.
